These elements are the exclusive property of MOPAWEB FACTORY SRL or are licensed to it.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation, extraction or exploitation, in whole or in part, by any means and on any medium, without the prior written authorisation of MOPAWEB FACTORY SRL, is prohibited and constitutes infringement.

Videos uploaded by users remain their property, under the conditions set out in the Terms of Use.

7. Artificial intelligence

Kanchara uses artificial intelligence systems to analyse videos and generate advice. In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the "AI Act"), the user is explicitly informed that they are interacting with an AI system, whose results are probabilistic in nature and may contain errors.

Kanchara is not a medical device and does not replace a coach or a healthcare professional.

8. Limitation of liability

The information published on the Site is provided for guidance only. MOPAWEB FACTORY SRL endeavours to ensure it is accurate and up to date, without being able to guarantee it.

MOPAWEB FACTORY SRL cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from access to the Site or the Application, from their unavailability, or from the use made of the information and analyses provided.

The Site may contain links to third-party sites, over whose content MOPAWEB FACTORY SRL has no control and for which it accepts no responsibility.

To report unlawful content, an infringement of your image rights or a video in which you appear without your consent:

10. Dispute resolution
